Terms and Conditions:

1. The costs quoted assume continuous and unhindered access to the site by prior arrangement with you.

2. A Standard working day is 12 hours from start time

3. A long day will be deemed between 12 hours and 16 hours. Anything over 16 hours will be charged at 2 days

4. All figures quoted are valid for a date of 30 days from the date of the estimate or quotation.

5. Travel costs to and from site will be classed as extra cost at the employers costs. Either in the form of mileage, parking, or cost of public transportation.

6. Additional costs for Electrical sign off such as BS7909 certification will be charged at £100 per system inspection.

Installation Work:

1. All endeavours will be made to undertake installation work to a clean standard, cleaning up after myself where practical and possible

2. Tidy cabling will be carried out and making sure health and safety is observed.

3. Health and safety will be observed during and throughout out the install process

4. Any activity deemed unsafe or that could cause an unsafe situation will be refused in the interested of health and safety and reported to the appropriate line manager

Payment:

1. Unless agreed in writing payment in full must be made within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

2. Overdue payments will be followed up in line with late payment of commercial debt regulations

Insurances:

1. All insurance, and PLI documentation and any other documentation relevant to the job will be provided prior to the job commencing.

PPE:

1. Relevant PPE such as steel toe cap boots, hi-vis will be supplied by JFLX

Confidentiality:

1. All details plans and information will be considered privileged information and treated as such.

2. If pictures or videos are wanted for JFLX social media permission will be sought prior to use.

Cancelations:

1. In the unlikely event of a cancelation on behalf of Josh Flack, every effort will be made for a replacement sourced by Josh Flack by a trusted and vouched for colleague.

2. If the employer cancels within 7 day of booked date, 50% fee will be applicable

3. If the employer cancels within 48 hours of booked date 100% fee will be applicable

4. If the employer cancels before 7 days of the booked date 0 fee will be applicable.

Intellectual Property:

1. Any design work on provided by Josh Flack shall remain the sole intellectual property of Josh Flack (such designs will not be unduly with held for future projects)
